Darrell's Dog Gone Good Diner is a comfy neighborhood diner, serving breakfast and lunch, where customers can sit around drinking coffee, reading the paper and sharing the news with each other. From the moment you pull up to the door, you are greeted by the logo of Darrell's namesake dog, Fritz with his rendering found on both the front window and menu. Step over to the next store front and peer through the windows to the kitchen and enjoy watching the staff prepare all menu items from the freshest ingredients, everything made from scratch.
The décor is simple and charming, with hand painted puppies, a lunch counter with charming buffet lamps, along with a big screen TV to enjoy ! Don't miss the hand formed burgers from fresh, never frozen, meat. Darrell's is open daily from 6 am – 3 pm. This restaurant is not just for the neighbors . . regulars often make the trek from as far as the SR 200 Adult Living Communities and further... and find it well worth the drive !
